We are seeking a Visitor Experience Coordinator to create exceptional visitor experiences at our nature reserve. The role involves ensuring a welcoming, high-quality, memorable, and consistent visitor experience for a range of audiences.

The Visitor Experience Coordinator will work closely with colleagues and volunteers to assist the smooth running of the visitor centre and nature reserve. This includes facilitating the Trust's event programme and audience-led activity, helping visitors to connect with nature and be inspired to take action for wildlife and climate.

The regular work pattern for this role is Sunday to Thursday, with occasional evening work required. We offer a generous holiday entitlement, 9% non-contributory pension, and a number of wellbeing-focused benefits.

The ideal candidate will be an energetic, friendly, and proactive individual who is passionate about creating exceptional visitor experiences. They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
