Role Summary:

P+S Personnel is seeking a skilled E-Marketing & Events Executive to join their team in Lowestoft. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing e-marketing campaigns to drive engagement, increase sales, and enhance customer retention.

  1. Develop and execute email marketing strategies to drive retention and win back customers, nurture leads, and promote products offered by the brands.
  2. Build compelling and personalised email content using templates with copywriting and asset coordination.
  3. Segment email lists based on customer data, behaviour, and preferences to deliver targeted and relevant messaging.
  4. Manage and develop content plans alongside another member of the marketing team, with the ability to write effective and engaging copy, in line with the brands' tone of voice guidelines.
  5. Monitor email performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue generated, and use insights to optimise campaign effectiveness.
  6. Manage event & exhibition coordination.
  7. Coordinate key catalogue and brochure production through all stages, including product selection, pagination planning, creative stages, and final print.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute email marketing strategies to drive retention and win back customers.

Requirements:
  1. GCSEs Grade A-C in Maths and English / A-levels/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
  2. Experience in building, sending, and reporting on emails.
  3. Passionate about marketing technology, data analysis, and social media.
  4. An eye for detail and design, and a solid understanding of brand and customer.
  5. Good knowledge/use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CANVA, and Photoshop.
Working Hours:

Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 (40 hours per week). Working hours will be flexible to suit customer and workflow demands.
