We are seeking an experienced and passionate Front Office Manager to join our hotel team at The University of Edinburgh.

The Opportunity:

As a Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for delivering world-class hospitality and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

We are looking for a candidate who is enthusiastic, proactive, and has a strong customer service background. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities, and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be an ambassador for our hotel brand, promoting our values and standards.
  • Continuously improve our standards and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Work collaboratively with the reception team to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Use your upselling skills to maximize sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.
