About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Security Professional to join our team at Anchor Group Services in Daventry.
As a Security Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-level security services to our clients, ensuring the safety and security of their properties, people, and assets.
You will work closely with our regional supervisors to ensure that all site-specific procedures are followed and that any incidents or irregularities are reported and escalated promptly.
The successful candidate must have a valid SIA Licence as a minimum and be able to provide a high level of customer service to visitors to the site.
Key Responsibilities
- Protecting client property, people, and/or assets by providing security services in accordance with site-specific procedures.
- Preventing losses and damage by reporting irregularities and informing offenders of policy and procedures.
- Preventing and escalating incidents in a timely, accurate, and appropriate manner to the Control Room/Shift Manager/Operations Manager/Emergency Services.
- Completing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
- Maintaining organisation's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements
- Full 5-year employment checkable history.
- Valid frontline SIA licence DS or SG.
- Customer Service experience and confidence to handle conflict in a correct manner.
- Flexible to meet job requirements.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Smart appearance and be well-groomed.
- Reliable and punctual.
- High level of enthusiasm and passion.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
