Nurse Practitioner in Adult Community Services

We are seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Woodlands Hospital, working in adult community mental health care services. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health nursing, with experience in MDT working and a keen interest in older adults services.
Key responsibilities will include attending and leading handovers, medicines management, care planning, risk assessing, and supporting junior staff members on shift. You will also have the opportunity to engage in an appraisal to identify areas of interest and development, with access to further training and mentorship.
