Nurse Practitioner - Substance Use Services

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our Substance Use Services team.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time position, working 46 hours per week.
  • The salary for this role is £43,572 per annum, pro rata for part-time hours.
  • You will be responsible for assessing and treating individuals with substance use issues, developing recovery plans, and collaborating with other healthcare agencies.
  • You will also be required to provide education and health promotion, conduct risk assessments, and contribute to project development.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Post-graduate qualification in substance misuse.
  • Phlebotomy training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable adults.
