**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Instore Sales Associate to join our team at our Flagship London store. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing stock levels, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

• **Customer Service**: Provide outstanding customer service, handling inquiries, addressing complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

• **Stock Management**: Monitor stock levels, oversee merchandising and displays, and restock items to maximize sales.

• **Visual Merchandising**: Participate in creating appealing displays to attract customers and enhance the overall look of the store.

• **Fitting Room Assistance**: Manage fitting rooms, assist customers with trying on clothes, and offer advice on fit and style.

• **Cashier Duties**: Process payments, handle returns, and manage transactions accurately.

• **Product Knowledge**: Be knowledgeable about our clothing items, including materials, care instructions, and special features, to assist customers effectively.
