Join Our Team as a Full-time Night Sales Associate

At Vacheron Constantin, we're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and pushing the boundaries of luxury retail. As a Full-time Night Sales Associate, you'll play a critical role in representing our brand in the iconic Harrods department store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service.
  • Support the boutique team to achieve sales objectives and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Anticipate clients' needs and represent the brand inside and outside the boutique.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in luxury goods retail, preferably in a department store.
  • Action-oriented, assertive, and result-driven with excellent communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of luxury service.
  • Fluent in English and another language (Chinese, Arabic, or Russian) is a plus.
