The Opportunity

We are expanding our London showrooms and seeking experienced sales associates to join our team of tailoring experts. As a sales associate, you will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations to help them find their perfect garment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
  • Work closely with our tailoring team to ensure accurate measurements and high-quality garments
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and product knowledge
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in fashion retail, preferably in menswear or luxury
  • Previous experience in made-to-measure sales is a plus
  • Sales-oriented personality with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Professional and polite demeanor, with excellent communication skills
