About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Ernest Jones Limited. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in helping the store to maintain performance and meet sales targets.

Your Background

You will have a passion for putting the customer first and creating memorable customer experiences. While you may not specifically have jewellery experience, you will certainly have an interest in jewellery products and brands. A positive, 'can-do' attitude is essential, with a natural ability for striking up a conversation with a diverse range of customers.

What's Next?

When you submit your application, you will be invited to complete a short online assessment. If successful, you will be asked to complete a short video which gives you the opportunity to tell us a little more about you and why you would like to join us. Successful applicants will be contacted by the store manager inviting you to the final stage interviews.
