The Opportunity

We are expanding our London stores and showrooms, and are seeking additional sales associates to join our team of tailoring experts. As a sales associate, you will work alongside experienced team members to help customers find and design garments that meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless shopping experience
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture that fosters creativity and innovation
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in fashion retail, preferably in menswear or luxury
  • Previous experience in made-to-measure sales is a plus
  • Sales-oriented personality with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Professional and businesslike demeanor, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
