Electrical Discipline Lead Role

Arup is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Discipline Lead to join our team. As a key member of our electrical team, you will be responsible for leading electrical teams on multi-disciplinary projects, providing leadership and technical expertise to deliver outstanding results.

This is a leadership role where you will have responsibility for the financial performance of the projects, including liaising directly with clients on fees and commercial matters. You will also oversee total project delivery by enabling effective team management and delegation to ensure the efficient and satisfactory delivery of multiple and complex projects.

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have achieved Chartered Engineer status
  • Are degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or similar, ideally to master level
  • Are skilled in winning and delivering a range of projects
  • Can provide leadership of electrical teams on multi-disciplinary projects
  • Have strong awareness of appropriate sector-specific legislation, code requirements and design guidance and future trends
