Electrical Engineer Leader Opportunity

Arup is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer Leader to join our team. As a Discipline Lead, you will be responsible for leading electrical teams on multi-disciplinary projects, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring the efficient and satisfactory completion of projects.

This is a leadership role that requires strong technical, communication, and sustainability skills. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively in multi-professional design teams, take responsibility for projects from inception to completion, and achieve outstanding results.

We are looking for candidates who have achieved Chartered Engineer status, are degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or similar, and have strong awareness of appropriate sector-specific legislation, code requirements, and design guidance. You should also have experience in winning and delivering a range of projects and providing leadership of electrical teams on multi-disciplinary projects.
