Job Title: Adult Care Night Team Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our care team in Maidenhead. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of care professionals in providing high-quality support to a teenage boy with Cerebral Palsy.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a team of care professionals in providing person-centered care and support
  2. Coordinate care and support activities in collaboration with the Case Manager and the client's family
  3. Ensure that activities and appointments are managed in line with the client's tolerance and needs
  4. Recruit, train, and supervise a team of care professionals to ensure high-quality care and support
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care and support plans and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience as a Team Leader in a care setting
  2. Previous experience of driving a Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle
  3. Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  4. Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  5. Knowledge and understanding of disability and safety issues
  6. Understanding of client confidentiality
