About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Home Manager to join our team at Wytham Lodge Care Home in Padiham. As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Ensure the home is run in a safe and efficient manner, meeting all relevant regulations and standards
  • Build and maintain relationships with local commissioners and professionals
  • Manage the home's budget and resources to ensure financial stability
About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and has a strong leadership background. You will have a first-level nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN and a minimum of three years management experience, ideally in a complex care setting.

You will have excellent communication skills, a thorough understanding of nursing care best practice, and the ability to build relationships with local commissioners and professionals. You will also have an excellent range of clinical, business, digital, and operational skills.
