Purosearch Ltd is working with a highly rated complex care provider to recruit a Registered Home Manager / Care Home Manager for their medium-sized nursing home / care home in the Burnley area.

We are seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager / Registered Manager / Care Home Manager to manage a beautiful, luxury care home. This is a well-established care home with a fantastic reputation in the Burnley Area.

The care home / nursing home offers nursing and residential care to residents with complex needs, learning disabilities, and brain injuries. The nursing home requires a hands-on manager with a passion for delivering the best care. Care home manager / registered home manager candidates should have previous home management experience and solid knowledge of nursing / complex care. Any commissioning experience would be advantageous.

Key Skills and Experience:
  1. Qualified RGN or RMN
  2. Strong care home management skills
  3. Excellent understanding of quality, compliance & regulations within a care home setting
  4. Commercially aware and possess strong sales & marketing skills
  5. Strong CQC knowledge
  6. Experience of managing compliant care homes
  7. Complex needs, learning disabilities, and mental health background
