We are working with a highly regarded care provider to recruit a Registered Home Manager for their medium-sized nursing home in the Burnley area. The ideal candidate will have previous home management experience and a passion for delivering high-quality care.

The care home offers nursing and residential care to residents with complex needs, learning disabilities, and brain injuries. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of care professionals and ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care
  2. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and quality standards
  3. Develop and implement care plans to meet individual resident needs
  4. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  5. Monitor and evaluate care services to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  1. Qualified RGN or RMN with experience in care home management
  2. Strong understanding of quality, compliance, and regulations within a care home setting
  3. Commercially aware with strong sales and marketing skills
  4. Experience of managing compliant care homes
  5. Complex needs, learning disabilities, and mental health background
