We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at BILSTEIN, a leading manufacturer of high-quality shock absorbers and suspension systems for the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with revenue streams and business areas to drive profitable growth and identify efficiencies within the business.
  • Prepare and post monthly accruals, prepayments, and similar accounting entries.
  • Analyze monthly and quarterly numbers and report findings to senior management in the UK and Germany.
  • Manage an end-to-end audit process, acting as the first point of contact for external auditors.
  • Continuously identify risks to delivery and propose solutions where necessary.
  • Prepare and submit payroll, duty analysis, and annual statutory accounts alongside our Group Services Team.
  • Support purchasing teams and report to senior management in the UK and Germany.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge.
  • Experience with Excel, SAP, Sharepoint, and creating statutory accounts.
  • Accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
  • Planning, forecasting, and budgeting knowledge.
  • Experience running annual audits.
  • Payroll experience is advantageous but not essential.
