As a Senior Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for meeting monthly membership targets, focusing on data-driven sales and growth. You will act as the primary point of contact for members, elevating their experience at every touchpoint while addressing inquiries and maintaining meticulous standards of administration and support.

The Role:

  • Acting as the face of the club, creating a presence and warm atmosphere throughout the premises.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, addressing member inquiries, and ensuring seamless interactions.
  • Taking ownership of membership targets, striving for excellence in sales, retention, and growth every month.
  • Maintaining activity targets to achieve desired net growth.
  • Tailoring membership offerings to meet individual needs and expanding corporate memberships within the local area.
  • Offering advice on activities related to Exercise Experience and products offered by Virgin Active.
  • Supporting smooth club operations and consistently providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a customer-centric, target-driven role (desirable).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, making you approachable to members, prospects, and colleagues alike.
  • Good communication skills.

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum.
