Customer Delivery Executive Role Overview

The Customer Delivery Executive will work in a team at the centre of all the action to deliver projects for customers and the wider delivery team alike. This role involves dealing with senior stakeholders within complex retail and CPG customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Help to understand customer needs on a project-by-project basis
- Develop the delivery methodology down to the fine details for client approval
- Create project templates and documentation that are fit for purpose
- Delegate project plans to field teams and ensure the smooth running of operations
- Collaborate with data teams specialists to report back findings
Requirements and Skills
We are looking for a strong communicator with excellent listening skills, a logical mindset, and analytical skills. Self-motivation, a great eye for detail, and the ability to work independently are essential. Experience in retail management, consumer goods manufacturing, or supply, data insights, field marketing, or shopper marketing is preferred.
