We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to fill the role of Deputy Nursery Manager, responsible for assisting the Nursery Manager in maintaining the highest standards of care and education.

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist the Nursery Manager in overseeing the monitoring, assessment, and development of the nursery setting.
  • Promote a culture of excellence in childcare, ensuring the highest standards of practice throughout all areas of the nursery.
  • Support and promote equality, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of the nursery's operations.
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure the provision of outstanding childcare services.
  • Contribute to training and appraisals to support the growth and development of staff members.

**Requirements:**

  • Demonstrate sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations.
  • Exhibit confidence in leading and supporting practitioners to achieve exceptional outcomes.
  • Show ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
