Key Responsibilities
  • Case Management: Manage a portfolio of complex injury claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Client Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing clear and concise updates on claim progress.
  • Claim Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of claims, identifying key issues and developing effective strategies for resolution.
  • Expert Support: Provide expert support to clients, including preparation of detailed reports and reviews.
  • Court Procedures: Ensure compliance with court procedures and rules, including preparation of court documents and attendance at hearings.

Requirements
