Embark on a rewarding career with Janus Henderson U.S. as an Operations Transformation Specialist. We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join our Operations Change Management function, leading global change initiatives on behalf of Global Operations.

About the Role

This 12-month fixed-term contract is designed to cover maternity leave. As an Operations Transformation Specialist, you will support the development and implementation of change initiatives to improve operational effectiveness. Your duties will include:

  • Supporting functional and service gap analysis, working closely with business SMEs as required.
  • Collaborating with relevant business SMEs to identify and implement controls and enhancements to mitigate risk in manual or critical processes.
  • Ensuring project delivery by logging, tracking, and escalating risks and issues, where necessary.
  • Supporting testing activities, including training end-users, creating test scripts, and coordinating overall test status with the program.
  • Maintaining operational artefacts throughout the project lifespan, including project plans, status updates, business requirement documentation, business process flows, and operating model documentation.

You will also be responsible for assisting the business in identifying procedural, RCSA, or control attestations that require updates, making recommendations, and supporting the Global Operations Business Manager on strategic and ad-hoc work as required.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous finance experience.
  • An analytical, structured, and logical approach.
  • Prior experience within Asset Management is highly desirable.
