About the Role

This is a part-time (0.6 FTE) newly created post where the successful post holder will provide administrative and operational support to the FEO Timetabling team on all aspects related to timetabling and room booking and teaching space issues within the Faculty of Medicine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Substantial experience of timetabling and room booking using a modern timetabling system in a higher education setting.
  • Ability to perform analysis of data or calculations, presenting findings/results accurately and appropriately to support effective reporting of information.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal pleasantly, confidently and effectively with a wide range of internal and external colleagues of all levels of seniority, in writing, face-to-face and on the phone.
  • Support the FEO Timetabling team in servicing and note taking recurring timetabling and space working meetings and committees.
  • Carry out timetabling and room booking tasks, process requests via the FEO Timetabling's online forms and improve the FEO Timetabling's webpages.
