Overview

Microsoft is seeking a Security Business Group Lead to spearhead end-to-end Go to Market initiatives for Security within the UK market. This role involves leading a team of professionals dedicated to supporting Microsoft's Security priorities, engaging with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth within the security sector.

Responsibilities

  • Product Advocacy: Act as a passionate advocate for Microsoft Security, actively engage with customers, and develop compelling local evidence cases to demonstrate the value of our solutions.
  • Business Management: Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy, meticulously track revenue performance, and drive sustainable long-term growth within the security domain.
  • Go to Market Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of effective marketing plans, devise innovative growth strategies, and empower the partner ecosystem to contribute to our success.
  • Field Enablement: Ensure that the field sales team is fully equipped and prepared to effectively promote and sell Microsoft Security solutions. Facilitate seamless alignment between corporate initiatives and field operations, and activate the partner ecosystem to drive market penetration.
  • Business Development: Proactively pursue new growth opportunities, contribute to strategic impact within the security space, and oversee the implementation of cross-market solutions that leverage our global expertise.
