We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team at ea Change. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support to end-users, ensuring seamless operations and IT functionality.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage service requests, incidents, and problems end-to-end, adhering to SLAs and escalating when necessary.
  • Foster strong relationships between internal users and external suppliers for efficient processes.
  • Handle end-user computing (EUC) service requests, incidents, and problems, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with relevant IT teams to resolve complex EUC issues and ensure uninterrupted system availability.
  • Oversee IT equipment and hardware management, including provisioning, maintenance, and disposal.

Key Skills:

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced IT support environment.
  • Experience with computer hardware systems and general OS platforms.
  • Familiarity with Office Software suites.
  • Skilled in technical support, problem-solving, and incident management.
  • Effective team player with proactive problem-solving abilities and strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle heavy workloads and meet deadlines.

Desired Skills:

  • Knowledgeable about ITIL Foundation processes.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft, Android, and iOS systems.
  • Background in Financial Services or related domains.
