**Job Title:** CAD Technician - Environmental Infrastructure Projects Specialist

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled CAD Technician to join our team at ProCivils Recruitment Solutions. As a CAD Technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-impact environmental infrastructure projects. Your expertise in CAD design, BIM, and project management will be essential in ensuring the successful execution of these projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Drive the production of CAD designs in line with BMS and CDM regulations
* Collaborate closely with PMEICA and Civils teams to ensure seamless design execution and technical support for procurement activities
* Manage design production from consultants and sub-contractors, ensuring compliance and quality
* Lead BIM workshops, becoming the go-to expert for BIM-related technical requirements

**Requirements:**

* Expert knowledge of ISO19650 and BIM documentation standards
* Proficiency in Viewpoint for Projects (VfP) and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
* Strong understanding of The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and CDM 2015 regulations
* Experienced in managing subcontractor processes and overseeing project programming and resource planning
