Part Time Service Administrator

About The Role
We are currently looking for a skilled Part Time Service Administrator to join our customer service team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues and providing exceptional customer service.
This role would suit an individual who has experience working in a customer-facing environment and possesses strong administration skills. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer service inbox and respond to customer queries in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
- Log engineer call outs and manage stock levels
- Process sales and purchase order numbers, quotations and arrange returns
- Process invoices and invoice filing, deal with invoice enquiries and update CRM system
Requirements:
- Excellent administration and organisational skills
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Ideal candidate will have own transport due to office location
