The Role
We are seeking a reliable and organized Medical Secretary to join our team at Service Care Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our reception team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the surgery.
Main Responsibilities:
- Patient Interaction: Answer telephone calls, face-to-face enquiries, and online queries. Full training on the EMIS system will be provided.
- General Reception Duties:
Your Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. Prior experience in a GP practice or primary care setting is desirable but not essential.
Benefits and Salary
A competitive salary of £20,000 per annum (£18,500 - £22,000) plus benefits, including a permanent contract with flexibility in working hours, including part-time and full-time options. Full training for this role will also be provided.
