About This Role

We are looking for a skilled Accounts Ledger Specialist to join our team in the UK. As an experienced professional in all aspects of accounts roles, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Matching, batching, and coding high volumes and values of invoices.
  • Ensuring supplier statement reconciliations are performed, maintaining integrity of profit and loss balances.
  • Resolving invoice/order queries within tight timeframes.
  • Managing invoicing and collection of CTS revenue.
  • Assisting with month-end accounting.

You will need to possess excellent attention to detail, strong organisational qualities, and be able to work well under pressure.

Requirements

Three years+ experience in all aspects of accounts roles.

Intermediate-level Excel skills.

High accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong organisational and dependable qualities.

Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Presentation skills and professionalism.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping.

Experience with Windows-based accounting packages, preferably Access Dimensions.

Compensation and Benefits

Estimated salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum.
