Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Professional to join our team at Home Instead in Tiverton and surrounding areas. As a Care Professional, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care, including non-medical services, to our clients.
  • Assist with domestic tasks, such as cooking and cleaning, and accompany clients to medical and personal appointments.
  • Build trusting relationships with clients and their families.
  • Travel between clients' homes, requiring a driver's license and own car.
  • Update our app on each visit, allowing family members to stay informed about their loved ones' well-being.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £13.50, plus travel and wait time.
  • £23 per hour on Bank Holidays.
  • Holiday pay and a paid day off on your birthday.
  • Access to EarlyPay.

Requirements:

  • No previous experience is necessary; we value kindness, compassion, reliability, and a genuine caring attitude.
  • A team player with good communication skills and a sense of humor.
  • Available for part-time or full-time hours, with alternate weekend availability required.
  • Willingness to support clients in getting out and about using your own car.

Additional Information:

Owing to the nature of the work, you will need your own transportation. We will pay you mileage and up to 60 minutes of paid travel time between visits.
