**Job Description**

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Professional to join our Mid-Devon team in Tiverton and surrounding areas. As a Care Professional, you will provide personal care and support to our clients, including non-medical services, domestic tasks, and accompanying them to appointments.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Assist with domestic tasks, such as cooking and cleaning
* Accompany clients to medical and personal appointments
* Build trusting relationships with clients and their families
* Update our app on each visit to keep family members informed

**Requirements**

* Kind, compassionate, and genuinely caring nature
* Reliable and punctual
* Good communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Valid driver's license and own car

**Benefits**
