We are looking for a talented Healthcare Network Manager to join our team at Cardiff & Vale University Health Board. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve healthcare outcomes for children and young people with diabetes across Wales.

The ideal candidate will have a postgraduate diploma or equivalent experience and be able to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You will also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. A salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum is available, depending on experience.

In this role, you will identify key stakeholders and facilitate their participation and interest in the project. You will also clarify the network scope, definition, and terms of reference in order to plan effectively, and identify and assess the benefit and risks associated with the network alongside a plan for delivering benefits and strategies to mitigate risks and resolve issues.
