In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in the South Wales Blood and Marrow Transplant Programme.

As a Healthcare Quality Manager, you will play a key part in maintaining the requirements for JACIE accreditation and supporting the safe delivery of new therapies, including CAR-T therapy. Your primary focus will be on implementing and managing the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. With a strong background in quality management and experience in working in a support service, you will be able to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.

This position also requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to work collaboratively with staff at all levels. A master's degree or relevant healthcare-related degree, supplemented by equivalent experience in a regulatory/accreditation environment, is essential for this role. We offer an attractive salary package of £65,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
