Job Summary

The Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire contract lifecycle, from configuration and implementation to execution, monitoring, and termination. This role requires a high degree of critical thinking, innovation, and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication and business acumen. The ideal candidate will have experience in program management or a related field and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in RFPs to ensure business solutions are properly accounted for
  • Configure and implement contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Manage the contract lifecycle, including contract initiation, creation, negotiation, approval, execution, monitoring, and termination
  • Collaborate with operations and finance leadership teams to review monthly invoicing activities
  • Participate in the onboarding of new business and clients
  • Responsible for maintaining Activity-Based Pricing (ABP) in accordance with client contract requirements
  • Manage and resolve identified invoicing issues from users
  • Prepare reports for leadership
  • Work with Salesforce Administration team to ensure timely updates to the CLM managed package

Requirements

  • 5 years of relevant program management, project management experience, and/or system administration
  • Solid understanding of the DCC operations
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple channels within the company and externally with clients
  • Advance knowledge in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to communicate effectively cross-functionally
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and high-level internal leaders
