MEP Design Manager Opportunity

Criterion Capital is seeking an exceptional MEP Design Manager to join our team in London's West End. As a key member of our construction division, you will play a strategic role in managing the design team and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee various projects from Stage 2 to Completion, ensuring effective, cost-efficient, and robust design and installation of mechanical and electrical services.
  • Lead on the production of specifications, balancing cost efficiency, robustness, performance, and ease of maintenance.
  • Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Assist the Quantity Surveyor in procurement, tender analysis, and contractor recommendation.
  • Oversee commissioning, ensuring all systems are functional and reliable.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in MEP Design and Project Management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in MEP design, construction processes, and technology.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects at pace, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of legislation and chartered bodies.
  • Commercially minded approach with the ability to work at pace.
