Job Description
As a Service Manager at Trading Technologies, you will be responsible for managing software releases and client integrations for our futures and derivatives product. This role requires strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities


  • Technical Support and Client Management: Provide technical support in a Windows/.NET/SQL Server environment and address product-related queries via calls, emails, and support tickets.
  • Product Integration and Configuration: Help clients integrate Ateo products, manage import/export tasks, and oversee client onboarding.
  • Training and Demonstrations: Conduct training sessions for IT personnel and end-users, demonstrate product functionality, and create and maintain documentation and training materials.
  • Project Management, Analysis, and Client Liaison: Manage project scope and delivery, understand and meet customer requirements.
  • Deployment and Maintenance: Review open items regularly, assess customers' needs, and advise on potential upgrades and additional features to improve their product experience and output.

Requirements


  • Experience in the Financial Future Derivatives sector.
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Analytical background with the ability to take requirements from inception to delivery.
