Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full recruitment process from application to onboarding for all new hires. They will also deliver in-person Care Certificate training to ensure all employees meet compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Oversight of the entire recruitment process, including shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding of new staff members.\
  • Delivery of high-quality in-person Care Certificate training sessions to meet compliance standards.\
  • Conducting regular staff assessments and maintaining up-to-date training records.\
  • Collaboration with management to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently.\
  • Providing ongoing development and support to the care team.\\

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • \
  • A strong background in training and recruitment within the care sector.\
  • Knowledge and experience in delivering compliance and Care Certificate training.\
  • Relevant educational qualifications in care and/or training.\\
