Domiciliary Care Services Recruitment and Training Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and recruitment within the care sector, with knowledge and experience in delivering compliance and Care Certificate training. They will also hold relevant educational qualifications in care and/or training.

About the Job:
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from application to onboarding for all new hires.
  • Develop and deliver in-person Care Certificate training to ensure all employees meet compliance standards.
  • Conduct regular staff assessments and maintain up-to-date training records.
  • Work closely with management to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently.
  • Support the care team through ongoing development and training.

Location & Working Hours:
Aylesbury, HP20, Monday to Friday (8:30 AM - 5 PM). Ability to work on-site or hybrid after probation period.

Key Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications in health and social care, such as NVQ or QCF in Health and Social Care.
  • Experience in delivering compliance and Care Certificate training.
  • Practical experience working in health and social care.
