Job Summary

We're looking for a highly organized and communicative individual to join our team as a Property Moving Assistant. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing all tasks related to property sales, ensuring fast and efficient completion. You'll work closely with Mortgage Consultants, Client Services, and external partners to build strong relationships and progress mortgage applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project manage all tasks related to property sales, ensuring timely completion
  • Build strong relationships with Mortgage Consultants, Client Services, and external partners
  • Liaise with Lenders, Solicitors, and clients to progress mortgage applications
  • Maintain accurate data input and have a good understanding of the UK property market and mortgages
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
What We Offer

We offer a hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days in our office in Whiteley, Hampshire, and 2 days working from home. You'll also have the opportunity to earn commission based on your performance.
