Job Title: Property Sales Consultant

We're seeking a highly skilled Property Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of property sales, ensuring fast and efficient completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with Mortgage Consultants, Client Services, and external partners, including Lenders, Solicitors, and Estate Agents.
  • Manage all tasks related to property sales, including buyer/seller, solicitors, mortgage advisors, and other parties.
  • Liaise with Lenders, Solicitors, and clients to progress mortgage applications efficiently.
  • Maintain high accuracy when inputting data.
  • Have knowledge of the UK property market and an understanding of mortgages.
  • Develop excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
