A leading retail and hospitality organisation is seeking a skilled Recruitment Coordinator to support their expanding operations.

This dynamic company prides itself on its fun and inclusive culture, welcoming employees from diverse backgrounds. With multiple new locations opening in the next year, they require a dedicated individual to assist with end-to-end recruitment for various roles.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in retail, hospitality, or catering, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, supporting team members/team leaders and managers, and collaborating with leadership on recruitment days across the UK.
About the Successful Applicant:
You will have recruitment experience in retail, hospitality, or catering. As a confident communicator, you will work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. This opportunity offers hybrid working (5 days office per month) and exposure to various recruitment functions within a supportive team environment.
Estimated Salary: £14.00 to £15.00 per hour + HP (hourly pay), with opportunities to progress to permanent employment.
