St George's, University of London is seeking an organised and detail-oriented Placement Coordinator to support Allied Health students in managing clinical placement schedules and processes. As a key member of the Education Operations team, you will oversee placement allocation and availability for students across various allied health programmes. Your responsibilities will include serving as the main contact for placement-related queries from students, staff, and external partners, maintaining accurate databases and schedules related to placements, and supporting placement software systems and training for users. You will also coordinate placement agreements and quality audits. To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in an administrative role, preferably placement related in higher education or healthcare, and possess strong organisational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and strong customer service skills. If you are passionate about supporting healthcare students on their journey to becoming Allied Health professionals, we encourage you to apply.
