Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored support to students with SEN, focusing on their individual needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers to create and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs), ensuring each child receives targeted guidance.
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel safe, supported, and encouraged to thrive.
  • Assist with classroom activities to ensure all students are actively engaged and able to participate.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with SEN, although a positive attitude, patience, and commitment to helping children succeed are essential. A driver's license and access to a car are beneficial but not required for this role.

We offer a competitive daily rate of £80-£100 per day, based on your experience and skills. You'll also benefit from working in a supportive school community that values professional growth and student success.
