About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an SEN Teaching Assistant in a vibrant and inclusive secondary school in Newham, London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with teachers to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, or physical disabilities.
  • Assist with implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and monitoring progress.
  • Support students' emotional well-being, helping them to build confidence and independence.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure consistent support.
