Key Responsibilities:- Employee Relations: Provide expert advice and support on HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and policy queries.
- Recruitment Management: Manage the full recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions to onboarding new hires.
- Policy Development: Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with UK employment law.
- Performance Management: Administer the performance review process and support learning and development initiatives.
- Employee Records: Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with GDPR.
- Reporting and Analytics: Prepare HR reports and metrics to support strategic decision-making.
- Employee Engagement: Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace culture.
- CIPD Level 5 qualified.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a HR generalist role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
- Proven experience managing employee relations issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
