Job Description:

Moxie People is seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients' HR needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Relations: Provide expert advice and support on HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and policy queries.
  • Recruitment Management: Manage the full recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions to onboarding new hires.
  • Policy Development: Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with UK employment law.
  • Performance Management: Administer the performance review process and support learning and development initiatives.
  • Employee Records: Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with GDPR.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Prepare HR reports and metrics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Employee Engagement: Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace culture.
Requirements:
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a HR generalist role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience managing employee relations issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office.
