HR Generalist

Reed is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their team in Newport. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the organization's HR operations and maintaining a positive culture within the company.
Key Responsibilities:- Employee Relations: Manage complex employee relations cases, including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances, absence, retirement, and redundancy.
- HR Operations: Maintain time and absence management records, assist line managers with processes and communications with employees, and administer employment offers, contracts, and new starter packs.
- Recruitment: Assist in writing and reviewing job descriptions, preparing interview materials, and overseeing recruitment processes.
- Training and Development: Oversee the assessment, delivery, and evaluation of training and development programs.
- HR Systems: Maintain HR Information Systems, ensuring accurate employee records.
- Change Management: Support change management processes and apply HR and business knowledge with appropriate decision-making skills.
- Policy Development: Develop HR policies and procedures to support employee wellbeing and legal compliance.
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR operations and legal compliance.
- Ability to manage complex employee relations cases.
