A leading engineering services company, specializing in the design, installation, and maintenance of low-voltage (LV) and high-voltage (HV) electrical equipment, is seeking an experienced Test Engineer to join their team at their production facility in the UK.

In this role, you will be responsible for testing large machinery used in the power generation sector that has been brought into the workshop for repair and maintenance. Your expertise in understanding and interpreting technical specifications, as well as your ability to work with a variety of equipment, will be essential in ensuring the quality and safety of the equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough testing and inspection of electrical equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement testing protocols to ensure the quality and safety of equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and maintenance personnel, to resolve technical issues and improve equipment performance.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues to ensure the effective operation of equipment.

Requirements:
