Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Progressor at Spicerhaart Group Ltd., you will be responsible for:

  • Chasing key stakeholders throughout the home buying process, including mortgage advisers or lenders
  • Gathering required documents to complete the sale, such as mortgage agreements and insurance policies
  • Managing the home buying process to ensure successful completion
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

  • Be able to pick up client relationships and manage multiple cases at one time
  • Effectively communicate with and update key stakeholders within the home buying process
  • Have a basic annual salary between £17,500 to £22,000 (depending on experience)
