Area Sales and Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Young's. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering sales and marketing initiatives across a designated area of 13 pubs.
Key Responsibilities- Implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and customer engagement
- Work closely with General Managers and Sales and Marketing Coordinators to develop and execute marketing plans
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and partners
- Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns
- Ensure all marketing materials, including websites and social media, are up-to-date and aligned with company branding
- Provide training and support to pub teams on sales and marketing initiatives
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales and marketing activity
